Lumora Short Terms of Service

Important Notice: Please read carefully. Downloading, installing, or using the Lumora Short application (the "App") constitutes your agreement to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not use the App.

1. Service Description

Lumora Short is an application that aggregates short-form video content. The video content displayed within the App originates from two sources:

• Public short-form videos from the YouTube platform, legally obtained through the integration of YouTube API Services.
• Original or partnered short-form video content (referred to as "Proprietary Content") that is independently produced, owned, or legally licensed by us (the operator of Lumora Short, [WANJI TECHNOLOGY PTE.LTD.]).

2. Eligibility

You must have the civil capacity and ability to bear civil liability independently to use this service. If the minimum age stipulated by your jurisdiction is higher than 13, you must have reached that legal age to use this service.

3. Intellectual Property Statement

• The App Itself: All intellectual property rights in the Lumora Short App's name, logo, user interface design, source code, and related documentation are owned by us.
• Proprietary Content: All copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights in the short-form video content provided by us within the App that is not sourced from YouTube ("Proprietary Content") belong to us or our licensors.
• YouTube Content: All intellectual property rights in the video content displayed via the YouTube API belong to Google LLC and the respective video uploaders or rights holders.
• Limited License: We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the App on your personal device solely for the purpose of accessing and viewing the content. You may not copy, modify, distribute, publicly display, transfer, lend, rent, reverse-engineer, or create any derivative works.

4. Disclaimer

This service (including all video content) is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

We are not responsible for:

• The continuity, error-free nature, or security of the service.
• The accuracy, legality, quality, or safety of content obtained via the YouTube API.
• Any loss or damage directly or indirectly caused by your reliance on any content within the App, regardless of its source.
• Any service unavailability caused by force majeure, interruptions, or failures of third-party services (e.g., YouTube services, Google Play services, your network provider).

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we (including our affiliates, directors, employees, and agents) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business interruption) arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

• The "Ad-Free Membership" subscription service payment processing is provided by Google Play. All matters concerning your purchase, payment, and refunds with Google are governed by the Google Play Terms of Service and applicable laws. We only activate your membership benefits based on the status information provided by Google Play.

7. Service Modification and Termination

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this service (or any part thereof) at any time for any reason, with or without prior notice. You agree that we are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or termination of the service.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

• The formation, validity, interpretation, performance, and dispute resolution of these Terms shall be governed by the laws of your country/region, excluding its conflict of laws rules.
• Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party has the right to submit the dispute to the competent court at our principal place of business for litigation.

9. General Provisions

• If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary and replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent, and the remainder of these Terms shall remain in full force and effect.
